These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Afina marketing analytics automation platform available at afina.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description
Afina is a marketing analytics automation platform that enables you to collect, organize, and analyze data from various advertising platforms and marketing sources. The Service includes:
- Data collection from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yandex.Direct, etc.)
- Integration with CRM systems and web analytics tools
- Data export to Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, Notion, and other destinations
- Dashboard creation and data visualization
- API access for custom integrations
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1. Subscription Plans
The Service is offered through various subscription plans with different features and limits. Details of current plans are available on our pricing page.
3.2. Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
3.3. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
3.4. Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are not available. To request a refund, contact us at support@afina.ai.
4. Data and Integrations
4.1. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload or sync through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
4.2. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party APIs that may affect Service functionality
- Actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your accounts
- Data accuracy from third-party sources
4.3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Afina and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We specifically disclaim any warranties regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of data from third-party integrations
- The Service meeting your specific requirements
- Results obtained from using the Service
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFINA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afina and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- You may request export of your data within 30 days
- We may delete your data after 30 days
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Afina operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
